Guidance you can use

From advice to working workflows

01 / Our focus

Make sense of AI.
Then make it useful.

You don’t need AI everywhere. You need to know where it can help, what to try first, and how to make it work in your business.

01 / LEVERAGE AI

AI guidance

Cut through the noise and work out what AI means for your business. We help you explore useful options, understand the trade-offs, and choose a practical next step.

  • Identify useful AI opportunities in everyday work
  • Choose tools that fit your needs and budget

  • Map the task and design a repeatable workflow
  • Connect tools and automate suitable routine steps
  • Test, document, and refine the way it works

Not sure where AI fits? Start with what you want to improve.

02 / What that can look like

Everyday tasks.
A little less manual.

Start with the work you repeat every week. Here are a few examples of the kinds of AI-assisted workflows we can help shape.

01 / Customer communication

A head start on follow-ups.

Turn a customer inquiry into a draft response and a suggested next step, ready for your team to check.

  1. Customer inquiry
  2. AI drafts a response
  3. Your team reviews

02 / Notes & next steps

From meeting to action.

Use your meeting notes or transcript to prepare a summary, action list, and draft follow-up for review.

  1. Notes or transcript
  2. AI suggests key actions
  3. Check, edit & share

03 / Routine admin

Less copying. More doing.

Pull key details from routine documents into a draft checklist or record, instead of retyping everything.

  1. Business document
  2. AI extracts key details
  3. Verify & update your tools

Illustrative examples, not live demos or client results. Each workflow is scoped around your tools, data, and review requirements.

03 / The Triple Take approach

Your business first.
Then the technology.

Start with a real business problem, not a tool. We work with you to find a useful opportunity, put it into practice, and improve it as your needs change.

04 / Why Triple Take

AI guidance.
Without the
overwhelm.

You’re running a business, not an AI research team. We help you understand your options and turn the useful ones into something your team can actually use.

Your business comes first.

Start with a real task, not a tool looking for a purpose.

Clear advice. Useful answers.

Understand what to try, why it fits, and what to watch for.

Your team stays in control.

Build in clear instructions, review points, and room to improve.

Let’s make it practical

Where could AI
help you first?

Choose the challenge that sounds most familiar. There’s no technical brief required.

Your starting point / AI guidance

Make sense of the possibilities.

You don’t need to know which AI tool to buy. Start with your business, your current tools, and the work you would like to make easier. We help you choose a useful first step.

Your starting point / Connected workflows

Less jumping between systems.

Start by looking at how information moves between your tools. We assess what can connect, where AI adds value, and which steps should still need a person’s approval.

05 / A little more clarity

Good questions.
Straight answers.

A few things worth knowing before putting AI to work in your business.

Where should a small business start with AI?

Start with one task your team repeats often or finds frustrating. We help you assess whether AI could be useful, what tools and information it would need, and what a small first trial should look like. You don’t need to arrive with a solution already chosen.

What do you mean by an AI workflow?

A repeatable process in which AI assists with one or more steps—for example, turning meeting notes into a draft action list for someone to check. It may use your existing tools, reusable prompts, or connected applications. It does not have to be a fully automated system.

Do we need to replace our existing tools?

Not necessarily. We start with what you already use and assess what can work together. A new tool or custom integration only belongs in the plan when it serves a clear purpose. Sometimes a simpler process or better use of an existing tool is enough.

Will AI run everything without human review?

Not by default. We agree which steps can be automated and which need approval. A workflow might draft a customer reply while your team checks it before sending. We also discuss what business information each tool needs, who can access it, and what should stay out of the workflow.

Do you still build websites and applications?

Yes. Websites, custom applications, integrations, and IT guidance are available as supporting services. Our main focus is helping small businesses understand AI and build practical AI-assisted workflows around their work.
